Job summary

Amperesand, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Software Engineer II to build features across ERP, intranet, and internal platforms.

You will implement backend services in Go and frontend interfaces in React/TypeScript, tackling inventory, procurement, work orders, reporting, and AI-assisted enhancements. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration with a startup team, and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping web applications to production.
• Experience with a typed backend language — Go preferred; experience in Go, Java, TypeScript/Node, Rust, or similar with willingness to work in Go is welcome.
• Experience building web interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Solid fundamentals in REST or gRPC API design, relational databases such as PostgreSQL, and version control with Git.

Responsibilities

• Implement full stack features across ERP, intranet, and internal operational tools.
• Build backend services and APIs in Go that support manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise workflows.
• Build responsive web interfaces in React and TypeScript, including forms, tables, dashboards, and internal workflow screens.
• Contribute to ERP capabilities such as inventory management, procurement, work order tracking, and enterprise reporting.
• Contribute to intranet features such as employee directories, document management, internal announcements, and workflows.
• Support AI-powered features and integrations across ERP and intranet.
