Job summary

Amperesand is building a new era of power infrastructure software with a full-stack ERP and intranet platform. You will design data models, implement Go backends, and craft React/TypeScript interfaces that power manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise workflows.

The role includes AI-powered capabilities, robust APIs, and production support in a fast-paced startup environment. You will collaborate with product, design, and domain teams, owning features end-to-end and mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping full stack web applications to production.
• Hands-on experience with Go backend services or similar languages and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience designing APIs, data models, and enterprise-grade web applications.
• Experience integrating AI features into production software and working with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, architecture, and delivery of full stack features for ERP, intranet, and internal tools.
• Build and scale backend services in Go for manufacturing and enterprise workflows.
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces in React and TypeScript.
• Design robust APIs and data models for web apps, analytics, and integrations.
• Ship AI-powered features with responsible guardrails and governance.
