Job summary

Amperesand in Singapore is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and ship the ERP platform, intranet, and internal tools used by manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams.

You will own end-to-end features from requirements to production, work with React/TypeScript frontend and Go backend, and drive AI-powered capabilities while ensuring reliability and security in enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building full stack web apps.
• Strong frontend: React and TypeScript with data-dense interfaces.
• Experience integrating AI features and LLM/AI APIs in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, architecture, and delivery of full stack features across ERP, intranet, and internal tools.
• Build and scale backend services in Go that support manufacturing and supply chain workflows.
• Build responsive web interfaces in React/TypeScript that present complex operational data.
• Design robust APIs and data models for multiple enterprise apps and integrations.
• Lead multi-quarter technical initiatives and mentor other engineers.
