Job summary

Amperesand is hiring a software engineer to join a fast-growing hardware and software startup focused on power infrastructure. You will build features across the ERP platform, intranet, and internal tools, including inventory, procurement, work orders, and reporting.

You will implement backend services in Go and UI layers in React/TypeScript, collaborating with senior engineers and AI teams to integrate AI-assisted features.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping web apps to production.
• Experience with a typed backend language (Go preferred) or willingness to work in Go.

Responsibilities

• Implement full stack features across ERP, intranet, and internal tools.
• Build backend services and APIs in Go for manufacturing and enterprise workflows.
• Build responsive web interfaces in React and TypeScript.
• Contribute to ERP, inventory, procurement, and reporting features.
• Support and maintain ERP/MES/intranet products in production and fix issues.
• Collaborate with product, design, and domain teams to translate requirements into software.
• Write well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
