Job summary

You'll work with AI coding assistants like Cursor and Claude, collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders, and take ownership of production-facing work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in CS/SE with hands-on coding projects.
• Experience with Go and TS/React is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and practical use.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack features for internal ERP and manufacturing platform (Go backend, TS/React frontend).
• Design AI-enabled features like natural-language search and data extraction.
• Implement retrieval/embedding pipelines and integrate with LLM APIs.
• Use AI copilots in IDE to improve velocity and code quality.
• Contribute to CI/CD, testing, and observability efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document decisions.
