Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting is required.
• Proven hands-on experience managing full sets of accounts independently.
• Practical working knowledge of Million Accounting Software and UBS Accounting Software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts independently, including AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting to ensure accurate records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for decision-making.
• Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month/year-end closing activities.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, process payments, and maintain up-to-date accounting records for cash flow.
• Assist with GST reporting, tax documentation, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and stakeholders to facilitate audits and tax processes.
• Maintain and update financial transactions using Million and UBS accounting software to ensure data integrity.
• Support management with financial analysis and other accounting-related tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
