recruit now singapore pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts for multiple clients in a CSP environment. You will handle AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations, and prepare financial statements and management reports.

You will also assist with tax computations, GST submissions, and statutory reporting while ensuring compliance with SFRS and IRAS. Independent work and the ability to manage several client accounts are essential.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Relevant accounting experience in a CSP or audit firm.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts for multiple clients.
• Knowledge of SFRS, GST and corporate taxation in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sets of accounts for clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and supporting schedules.
• Assist with corporate tax computations, GST submissions and other statutory reporting requirements.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and comply with SFRS and IRAS regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation, schedules and filing records.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents and government agencies on accounting matters.
• Handle clients' accounting and taxation queries and follow up.
• Support senior management on complex accounting matters and process improvements.
• Review accounting work and guide junior team members.
