Job summary

Envirodynamics Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team across multiple locations (West/Central/East).

The role focuses on developing and delivering patient-centred rehabilitation plans that improve mobility, independence, and quality of life for clients in community and clinic settings. You will conduct assessments, provide evidence-based treatments, educate clients and families, and contribute to care planning and quality

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy is required.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans for clients with rehabilitation needs.
• Conduct functional, mobility, and physical assessments to set rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments including exercises, manual therapy, and education.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve clinical outcomes.
• Educate clients, caregivers, and families on home exercises and long-term management.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care staff to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in discharge planning and care discussions.
• Provide training and mentorship to therapy assistants, students, and junior staff.
• Support community-based rehabilitation programs including home visits where applicable.

Work location: Multiple locations available (West/Central/East)

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans for clients with varying rehabilitation needs.
• Conduct comprehensive functional, mobility, and physical assessments to identify rehabilitation goals and appropriate interventions.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and patient education.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
• Support clients in improving mobility, physical function, independence, and quality of life.
• Educate clients, caregivers, and family members on home exercise programmes, injury prevention, and long-term condition management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including nurses, physicians, occupational therapists, and care staff to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, reports, and service records.
• Participate in case discussions, care planning meetings, and discharge planning where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, service development projects, and outcome monitoring activities.
• Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to therapy assistants, students, and junior staff as required.
• Support community-based rehabilitation programmes, including home visits and outreach services where applicable

Key Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy .
• Conditional Registration / Full Registration or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for community care, rehabilitation, and improving clients' quality of life.
