Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and strategies, source candidates via multiple channels, and ensure an excellent candidate experience with timely communication.

You will maintain ATS records, partner with HR and onboarding teams, and contribute to employer branding while staying current on market trends and benchmarks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3-6 years of proven recruitment experience in a fast-paced or high-volume setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Skilled in using ATS and sourcing tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize independently.
• Collaborative team player with a passion for exceptional hiring experiences.
• Experience recruiting for technology or consulting roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting leads to define hiring needs, requirements, and strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely and consistent communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Partner with HR, onboarding, and shared services to ensure compliance and seamless transitions.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
