Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of TLs, drivers and warehouse staff in a fast-paced East Singapore operation. You will plan manpower, assign stations and ensure safety compliance during shifts. The role offers medical benefits and an annual performance bonus.

We require at least 2 years of Warehouse Supervisor experience and the ability to lead teams and adapt to peak periods. On-the-job training will be provided, with opportunities for growth within a global

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Warehouse Supervisor.
• Ability to lead teams (TLs, drivers, WAs) in fast-paced ops.
• Willing to work shifts if required.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise TLs, drivers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Conduct pre-shift safety briefings to reinforce safety and compliance.
• Assign TLs and WAs to stations based on workload and priorities.
• Ensure manpower planning for normal operations and peak periods.
• Collaborate with HR, Sales & Marketing, Hub & Fleet to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Lead, guide, and supervise Team Leads (TLs), Drivers and Warehouse Assistants (WAs) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Conduct pre-shift safety briefings for staff and part-timers to reinforce safety and compliance.
• Assign TLs and WAs to assigned stations according to workload and priorities.
• Ensure proper manpower planning for both business-as-usual operations and campaign/peak periods.

Hub Operations and Process Control

Customer and Stakeholder Management

• Act as the point of contact for assigned key account customers, providing prompt responses to queries or issues.
• Work closely with HR, Sales & Marketing, Hub & Fleet teams to ensure seamless operations.

Safety, Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure strict adherence to the company's Workplace Safety, Health and Security (WSHS) Policy and implement bizSAFE protocols.
• Report and update operation status to management on a timely basis.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and operational reviews.

Requirements

• Able to lead team and work in a fast paced environment
