Job summary

J&T Express Singapore PTE. LTD. is hiring a delivery driver to load, transport, and deliver items safely and on time across designated areas.

You will perform pickups, verify orders, and ensure POD/CNA are captured and scanned via the mobile app. Maintain vehicle, follow routes, and uphold top-quality customer service. The role requires a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with a clean record and over 1 year since license was obtained.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record.
• More than 1 year since Singapore Class 3 Driving License was obtained.

Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items in a safe and timely manner.
• Perform pickups and deliveries for the company covering specific areas.
• Ensure parcels/documents indicated priority are delivered without delays.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are completed, and the customer is satisfied.
• Ensure proper recording of Proof-of-Delivery (POD) and Consignee Not Available (CNA) and tracking must be scanned and updated in the company’s mobile app.
• To ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Establishing and maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or operation managers.
