Job summary

J&T Express Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a delivery driver to load, transport and deliver items across designated areas in Singapore. You will ensure safe handling, timely deliveries and proper POD/CNA recording via the company mobile app.

The role requires a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License with a clean record and at least four years of driving experience. You will work a 9:00AM-6:00PM or 11:00AM-8:00PM shift at East (Changi South Lane) or West (Penjuru), with medical benefits and an

Responsibilities

• Load, transport and deliver items safely within scheduled times.
• Perform pickups and deliveries to designated areas.
• Ensure orders are completed and customers are satisfied.
• Record Proof-of-Delivery (POD) and update CNA in the mobile app.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items in a safe and timely manner.
• Perform pickups and deliveries for the company covering specific areas.
• Ensure parcels/documents indicated priority are delivered without delays.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are completed, and the customer is satisfied.
• Ensure proper recording of Proof-of-Delivery (POD) and Consignee Not Available (CNA) and tracking must be scanned and updated in the company’s mobile app.
• To ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Establishing and maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Any others ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or operation managers.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License with a clean driving record.
• More than 4 year since Singapore Class 4 Driving License was obtained.
