Job summary

J&T Express is hiring a delivery driver to load, transport, and deliver parcels in a timely and safe manner in Singapore. The role covers pickups, route adherence, POD/CNA recording, and maintaining accuracy in the mobile app.

We offer a basic salary of SGD 2,500/month, annual performance bonus and medical benefits. The position operates on a 5.5-day work week with day and evening shifts at East (Changi South Lane) or West (Penjuru).

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items in a safe and timely manner.
• Perform pickups and deliveries for the company covering specific areas.
• Ensure parcels/documents indicated priority are delivered without delays.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are completed, and the customer is satisfied.
• Ensure proper recording of Proof-of-Delivery (POD) and Consignee Not Available (CNA) and tracking must be scanned and updated in the company’s mobile app.
• To ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Establishing and maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Any others ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or operation managers.
