Job summary

J&T Express Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in the East region. You will supervise standards for pickups, maintain 5S housekeeping, and prep equipment and pallets for daily tasks.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, the ability to work shifts, and physical fitness. You may work independently or as part of a team to ensure timely parcel storage and processing.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.
• Able to perform shift work if required.
• Physically fit for warehouse duties.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise franchisees to ensure compliance with pickup requirements and operational standards.
• Maintain proper housekeeping through systematic 5S organization, arrangement, cleaning, and sanitization of the warehouse environment.
• Perform pre-operational startup preparations, including organizing, sorting, and setting up handling equipment, pallets, and red mail/parcel bags.
• Storing of parcels in the warehouse, updating inventory records, scanning, sorting, and handling all items with care.
• Assist in issuing and receiving parcels to and from delivery drivers.
• Locate urgent parcels as and when required by operations.
• Participate in daily warehouse operations and support fulfillment workflows during required overtime when necessary.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or operation managers.
