Job summary

KIAN SENG FRESH PRODUCE PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Operations Assistant to manage daily fruit receiving, picking, packing, and sorting, as well as coordinating deliveries and stock checks. The role supports sales to existing customers and ensures accurate invoicing for deliveries.

The ideal candidate will help maintain product quality, monitor stock levels, and work with suppliers and transport vendors to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: oversee receiving, picking, packing, sorting fruits and unloading containers.
• Conduct daily sales with pre-existing customers, issue delivery orders/invoices.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods for correct quantity and condition.
• Logistics coordination: liaise with suppliers, transport vendors, and internal teams for smooth delivery schedules.
