Job summary

10X AI TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end process for frontline positions and blue-collar hiring.

You will develop recruitment channels, coordinate interviews, and manage offers while collaborating with business stakeholders to understand role requirements and ensure an efficient, high-quality candidate experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR/psychology/business administration or related discipline.
• Familiarity with blue-collar recruitment channels in manufacturing, logistics, or labor-intensive sectors is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage frontline employees from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for frontline positions, including job postings, resume screening, phone interviews, interview coordination, and offer communication.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to clearly understand job responsibilities and hiring requirements for frontline roles
• Develop, maintain, and expand recruitment channels for blue-collar hiring
• Effectively utilize both online and offline recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn, JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, and on-site job fairs
• Establish and manage employee referral programs to encourage internal talent recommendations
• Leverage social media platforms (e.g. WeChat, TikTok) to enhance employer branding and promote job opportunities
• Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and provide a positive, responsive candidate experience
• Support offer discussions, coordinate onboarding schedules, and assist with background checks
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as interview attendance, offer acceptance rates, and turnover data
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control

About you
