Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre in Singapore is seeking a frontline ancillary staff to support department operations. You will handle registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, financial counselling and patient requests with professionalism.

You will also reconcile counter collections and ensure timely reports to the Business Office, and you will coach new staff on workflows while taking part in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with 2+ years in healthcare, hospitality or customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service to support smooth department operations.
• Perform frontline duties: registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, financial counselling and patient inquiries.
• Reconcile counter collections and ensure timely submission of reports to the Business Office.
• Coach and guide new staff on department workflows and participate in quality improvement activities.
