Qualifications

• Min N Level; no experience required.
• Able to work on weekdays and Saturdays as rostered.
• Good communication and basic digital service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline service as a representative of Clinic.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, and promote digital services.
• Assist patients with self-service kiosks.
• Manage patient flow and respond to enquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
