Job summary

Recruit Express PTE LTD is hiring for a frontline health-care support role deployed to Bukit Merah / Marine Parade / Pasir Ris. This full-time position offers 44 hours per week and a monthly salary of SGD 2,500.

You will greet patients, register them, schedule appointments, and coordinate referrals. You will also handle payments with courtesy and professionalism, manage concerns, and assist at the Health Monitoring Station by taking height, weight, and blood pressure as rostered.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
