Harper is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise clients and solve complex problems in production AI environments in Singapore. You will translate business needs into scalable engineering solutions and own the lifecycle from design through launch and optimization.

In this high-velocity role, you will accelerate delivery, improve reliability, and coordinate with product and sales to scope ambitious projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering across full stack or backend systems.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into concrete technical designs.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end solutions in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Pinpoint enterprise clients' hardest problems and convert them into technical KPIs.
• Design, implement and deploy production AI agents on client infrastructures.
• Own lifecycle from problem definition to launch and optimization.
