Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Counter Assistant for a temporary assignment at Raffles Place, One Marina Boulevard. The role runs ASAP until 31 December 2026, with Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm, supporting frontline counter operations.

You will handle member enquiries, registrations, programme applications, card replacements, and CRM data entry. Daily tasks include updating appointment lists and generating CRM reports, with general admin support as needed.

Formación

• Frontline customer service experience at a counter
• Proficient with CRM and data entry tasks
• Able to handle walk-in enquiries and membership related services

Responsabilidades

• Support daily customer service counter and concierge operations
• Attend to walk-in enquiries relating to membership, training assistance, gift claims, assistance programmes and other services
• Assist with frontline transactions such as membership registration, programme applications and card replacements
• Create and update customer cases accurately in the CRM system
• Maintain and update daily appointment lists
• Extract daily, weekly and monthly CRM performance reports
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
• Conduct outbound calls for appointment confirmations when required
• Provide general administrative support and assist with other ad-hoc duties
