Job summary

The Alternative Story Learning Centre Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Frontline Executive to engage customers and provide administrative support to customers and teachers at Ang Mo Kio Central (Djitsun Mall).

You will be the backbone of our centre operations with a detailed and service-oriented approach. We offer opportunities to progress, including potential advancement to supervisory roles for team members who demonstrate initiative.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented and communicative.

• Able to work under pressure and meet time constraints.
• Capable of managing centre capacity of 100–200 students per day with a team of customer service officers.
• Sharp and alert to customers' needs.
• Ready to progress and produce excellent work.
• Collaborative and willing to go the extra mile.
• Holding at least GCE O-Level qualifications or equivalent.

• Engage customers and provide friendly, solution-focused service.
• Deliver administrative support to customers and teachers.
