Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex technology-enabled business transformation programs with enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-workstream programs across customer, partner, engineering, consulting, and executive stakeholder groups.
• Strong program-management capability across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance, commercial controls, and organisational change.
• Experience translating business priorities into measurable outcomes, delivery roadmaps, operating mechanisms, and executive decisions.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled transformation and the ability to lead human-and-agent delivery practices responsibly, with appropriate validation and accountability.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills in complex or ambiguous environments.
• Ability to operate across organisational and geographical boundaries and to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead Frontier transformation programs-Own end-to-end program outcomes across the four ABS transformation plays and translate priorities into a sequenced roadmap, governance, and delivery plan.
• Shape the opportunity early-Partner with account teams, architects, consultants, business leaders, and specialists during envisioning and qualification.
• Orchestrate One Microsoft delivery -Bring together cross-solution teams across ABS, Cloud and AI, Security, engineering, support, partners, and customer stakeholders.
• Make AI-first delivery the default -Design and run an AI-enabled program operating model across planning, estimation, RAID, status reporting, forecasting, governance, and knowledge management.
• Drive quality, predictability, and commercial performance -Manage scope, milestones, finances, risk reserve, change control, and customer health.
• Measure and realise value -Define baselines and outcome measures, track time-to-value, and connect delivery outcomes to adoption and customer success.
• Codify and scale what works -Harvest repeatable patterns and assets and share them for reuse across teams and countries.
• Lead change and build capability -Coach project managers in Frontier leadership, AI-enabled governance, agile and product delivery, and executive communication.
