Noah Singapore Securities is building its front-office dealing capability in Singapore and driving client acquisition to grow platform trading and AUM. You will oversee the end-to-end trading journey, partnering with product, technology, compliance and operations to ensure regulatory alignment and business growth.

The role requires hands-on brokerage experience, deep MAS regulatory knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable trading processes within a lean, high-growth

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Singapore brokerage dealing or trading support functions.
• Strong understanding of equity and related securities workflows and client needs.
• Knowledge of options, ETFs, fixed income or multi-asset products.
• Solid understanding of MAS-regulated brokerage requirements and compliance across trade lifecycle.
• Experience in trading platform launches and feature enhancement with business need translation.
• Proven ability to collaborate across product, technology, compliance, operations, client service and marketing.

Responsabilités

• Lead the build-out of the dealing function in Singapore and launch core trading capabilities.
• Own the front-office end-to-end journey from onboarding to trading and client servicing.
• Coordinate with product, technology, compliance, operations and client service for local requirements and release readiness.
• Establish robust dealing support, order handling, incident escalation and client enquiry processes.
• Act as primary contact across stakeholders for marketing and client acquisition plans; leverage networks to engage clients.
• Promote brokerage products including equities, mutual funds, derivatives and other offerings.
• Participate in meetings and events to generate leads and deepen client relationships.
