Job summary

Noah Singapore Securities is building a regulated front-office trading experience in a lean, high-impact team. This role focuses on launching and optimising core equity trading capabilities and the end-to-end client trading journey under MAS-compliant standards.

You will collaborate with product, technology, compliance, operations and client service to translate market needs into product and process improvements, driving client activation and sustainable platform traction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Singapore brokerage dealing, trading support or related client trading service functions.
• Solid understanding of MAS-regulated brokerage requirements and client protection.
• Experience with trading platform launches, localisation or digital feature enhancements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, technology, compliance, operations and client service.
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build-out of the dealing function in Singapore and drive the launch and continuous improvement of core equity trading capabilities, with focus on stability and user experience.
• Own the front-office perspective across onboarding, funding, trading, client servicing and operating follow-through, linked to back-end execution.
• Partner with product, technology, compliance, operations and client service to define local requirements, support testing and release readiness, and post-launch optimisation.
• Handle enquiries and service feedback to strengthen client protection and service responsiveness.
• Translate client behaviour and market feedback into improvements in onboarding, trading interactions and other priority features.
• Support marketing and growth efforts to improve client activation and trading activity, moving the platform toward traction.
• Operate with broad ownership in a lean team, contributing to training and front-line process design.
