Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. seeks a capable analyst to bridge business and technical requirements for front-office investment workflows. You will design and implement processes and tools with IT, risk, and finance teams, and work with external vendors as needed.

You will develop test plans for upgrades, create user guides, and coordinate cross-department roadmaps for feature development, while ensuring data integrity, security, and auditability of the systems involved.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with good problem solving.
• Adept communicator with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in business analysis/product management of systems in asset management domain.
• Undergraduate degree in business-related or IT-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice versa for portfolio managers.
• Design, test and implement processes/tools/systems to support front-office investment workflow.
• Develop and write test plans for system, process and product upgrades and participate in UAT.
• Develop and maintain user guides and documentation for front-office processes/tools/systems.
• Plan and coordinate roadmaps across departments for feature development and upgrades.
• Ensure front-office processes meet data integrity, security, and auditability standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot front-office processes for smooth operation.
• Liaise with in-house IT and external vendors for production issue resolution.
• Manage project implementations with vendors, including procurement and admin tasks.
• Oversee change management to enable new product/system adoption.
