Develop test plans, user guides, and roadmaps with client departments, ensuring data integrity, security, and timely delivery while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with portfolio managers to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Design and implement front-office workflows with IT, risk, and finance partners.
• Develop test plans and participate in UAT.
• Create user guides and documentation for front-office processes.
• Coordinate roadmaps and feature upgrades across client departments.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and auditability of front-office processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot front-office workflows and production issues.
• Manage vendor and service-provider projects, including procurement tasks.
• Lead change management for new products and system adoption.
• Re-engineer workflows where needed to meet evolving requirements.
