Job summary

VARDI&CO. PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic front-of-house host in Singapore to deliver warm hospitality and seamless service.

In this role you will welcome guests, handle reservations and seating, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, and actively promote menu items to support sales targets. A valid F&B hygiene certificate and the ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Energetic and outgoing; confident and engaging with guests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude; able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and engage to create a warm and memorable experience.
• Manage reservations, seating, guest inquiries and front-of-house operations.
• Maintain a polished and well-presented dining environment.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Promote menu items and support sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
• Handle POS transactions and basic cashiering duties.
