Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, monitor and control various operations
• Respond promptly to customer needs and resolve complaints
• Communicate with supervisor and director regarding staff issues
• Manage staff rosters, breaks and timekeeping
• Ensure front-of-house adheres to SOPs and code of conduct
• Monitor service levels and provide training where needed
• Prepare reports for management on a daily basis
• Oversee suppliers, deliveries and administrative tasks
• Oversee function setups and event bookings
• Conduct service briefings and maintain product knowledge
