Job summary

DREAMZ RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations lead to plan, supervise and control daily restaurant operations, supporting the Director and Management. You will ensure guest satisfaction, manage staffing, and oversee cash handling and reports.

The role requires strong knowledge of Micros POS and Opera, Excel proficiency, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, including long hours, weekends and holidays. International experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years’ experience in a F&B trading or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of operational systems including Micros POS and Opera.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and control operations, supporting the Director and Management.
• Respond promptly to customer needs, resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with managers and director about staff or customer issues.
• Maintain staff discipline, conduct training and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Oversee cash handling, bills, house accounts and POS security.
• Prepare and present reports for Directors and Management.
