Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory or floor management role.
• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations during service hours to ensure smooth flow.
• Maintain high service standards and coordinate between kitchen and service teams.
• Train, supervise, and mentor service staff; manage shifts and attendance.
• Support upselling and promotions to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and health standards are maintained and staff grooming is compliant.
