Job summary

High Note Hospitality Group Pte. Ltd. is opening 1910, a new restaurant in Singapore Botanic Gardens. We seek a Restaurant Supervisor who leads a section, mentors junior staff and ensures warm, polished guest experiences.

You will coordinate with managers, kitchen and bar teams, handle guest requests and help manage service rhythm with empathy and confidence. A passion for hospitality and people is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous FOH experience in supervisory roles is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills required.
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a dedicated section of the restaurant during service.
• Help create consistently warm, polished and attentive guest experiences.
• Guide, mentor and support servers and junior front-of-house team members.
• Coordinate closely with managers, kitchen and bar teams throughout service.
• Handle guest requests, special occasions and service recovery with confidence and empathy.
• Help manage the rhythm of the floor, including seating, pacing and table progression.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, beverages and daily restaurant operations.
• Support pre-service briefings, training and development of service standards.
• Notice details that matter and step in before small issues become bigger ones.
• Lead by example and contribute to a positive, respectful and accountable team culture.
