Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc is seeking a Front End CPIE Process Integration (PI) MTS to drive yield improvement across DRAM/NAND fabrication. You will work across FEOL, MOL, CELL, and BEOL to implement optimal integration strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve top yield issues.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a process-related role in the semiconductor industry.
  • Bachelor/Master/PhD in EE, Materials Engineering/Science, Physics, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Good logical thinking and knowledge of semiconductor fabrication process flows; understanding of DRAM and NAND operation.
  • Strong data-driven problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record fixing structure and device-related issues; root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Drive best-in-class product maturity including yield metrics and cycle of learning.
  • Know processes across FEOL, MOL, CELL, BEOL to identify optimal integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with YE, Device, RDA, Metrology to resolve yield issues and enable fast ramp.
  • Drive standardization and alignment across the network for best practices.
  • Travel to Micron sites as necessary for face-to-face collaboration.
  • Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
