OAKTREE CONSULTING in Singapore seeks an Outbound Call Associate to actively contact customers, conduct surveys and gather critical information to support service improvements. You will be responsible for meeting personal and company KPIs, maintaining knowledge of products and processes, and delivering quality service by phone or email.

Candidates should have a Diploma/NITEC/GCE O level, English C5, and 1–2 years in a call centre or related field.

Formación

• Diploma/NITEC/GCE O'Level or equivalent.
• Minimum C5 for English O level.
• 1–2 years of call centre or service industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively contact customers to gather information via surveys.
• Meet personal and company KPIs.
• Acquire strong knowledge of products, services, culture and processes.
• Provide quality customer service via phone or email.
• Listen to customers' needs, probe to understand intent and offer alternatives.
• Escalate issues promptly if unresolved.
• Submit regular reports to Team Lead and propose improvements.
• Assist Team Lead/Branch Head with other duties.

Outbound Call Associate

• Proactive contact and engage customers to gather critical information through survey activities
• Meet and achieve the individual and company's key performance indicators
• Acquire a strong knowledge of the products and services, culture and processes
• Provide quality customer service and prompt follow-up to customers over the phone and/or email
• Listen to customers' needs, probe to redirect to the intent of the question and offer alternative solution
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalap issues promptly
• Submit regular reports to Team Lead and propose new ideas and strategies to improve work performance
• Other duties as assigned by Team Lead and/or Branch Head

Requirements

• Diploma / NITEC / GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
• Minimum C5 for English O level
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in call centre environment and/or service related industry

Special Knowledge or Skills

• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
• Fluency in a second language
• Computer literate and good typing skills
