Job summary

Hilton INTERNATIONAL ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Front Desk Manager to oversee daily front desk operations, guest services and check-in/check-out processes, delivering the high-standard experiences Hilton is known for.

You will lead Front Desk and Guest Service teams, coach staff, manage rosters and ensure revenue controls, VIP handling and service recovery while upholding Forbes Travel Guide standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office operations within hospitality.
• Proven leadership of Front Office teams, including duties management.
• Strong customer service mindset with service recovery focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk operations including arrivals, departures, and guest services.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and hotel policies.
• Manage manpower, shifts, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping/Reservations for VIPs and requests.
• Coach and develop team members; manage rosters and performance.
