Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a similar role, strong English communication, and a proven ability to lead teams under pressure in an on‑site hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related working experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation during the shift.
• Understand departmental objectives for self and team, and work together to achieve the goal accordingly.
• Communicate effectively to provide clear directions to staff.
• Assign and guide Front Office staff in their tasks and monitor performance.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring adherence to Hilton standards.
• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming arrival experience.
• Lead training sessions and on‑the‑job coaching to standardize service levels.
• Coach and mentor team members to progress their careers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Reservations, and other departments to handle corporate guests.
• Promote Hilton Honors benefits and maintain guest engagement.
