Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Guest Service Executive for our Bugis location. The role involves friendly check-in/check-out, handling guest inquiries and cashiering duties in a busy hospitality environment.

Working 6 days with two shift windows (7:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-11:00pm), the successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high hospitality standards and may receive training for future promotions.

Qualifications

• Provides friendly, accurate and efficient check-in/check-out for guests.
• Handles guest inquiries via email, phone or counter with hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide all guests with a friendly, accurate and efficient check-in/check-out while following the company's policies and procedures.
• May be tasked to execute room checks, reservations and public area checks as part of hotel operations.
• Assist with holistic staff training towards possible promotion.
• Answer guest inquiries by email/phone/counter and provide assistance aligned with hospitality standards.
• Perform cashiering duties and maintain accurate cash float.
