Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant in France, with remote work options.

You will partner with sales to drive technical wins, deliver tailored demonstrations, and develop proofs of concept showcasing the Workiva platform’s value across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability use cases. You will uncover technical requirements, build prototypes, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

4+ years in pre-sales/solution consulting or management consulting with solution delivery experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Fluent in French and English

Responsibilities

Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers via phone, web, or onsite meetings
Demonstrate Workiva platform capabilities and develop proofs of concept
Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and Product Marketing to drive technical wins
Lead solution demos around Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability/ESG use cases
Develop new use-cases and templates to show enterprise value
Guide customers on data connectivity and AI-enabled reporting workflows
