Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics support representative based in Bukit Merah to handle shipments inquiries, ETA, and charges, and to coordinate documents with customers and overseas agents. You will ensure accurate documentation for customs, apply Incoterms, and support data entry and tariff/quotations; must possess 1–3 years in freight forwarding or logistics and good communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, SCM or related field.
• 1–3 years of freight forwarding, shipping or logistics ops experience.
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures, docs and customs regulations.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and air/sea freight processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and overseas agents.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for documentation.
• Proficient in data entry and logistics systems.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Willingness to take on ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities

• Handle general enquiries regarding shipments, ETA and charges.
• Conduct conversations with customers to identify needs.
• Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents to customers and overseas agents.
• Liaise with customers and overseas agents on shipping activities and docs.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation for customs and trade requirements.
• Familiar with shipping Incoterms.
• Data entry for freight services.
• Manage complete documentation for compliance operations and advise clients on tariff/rate/cost/quotation requirements and eligibility.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
• Work with internal stakeholders to align interests in business activities.
• Follow operational policies, standards, and procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
