Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd invites a Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding/ Sales Support) in Bukit Merah. You will handle customer enquiries, coordinate bookings and shipping docs, and provide timely shipment updates.

You'll work with internal teams and overseas partners to monitor progress, resolve service issues, and support day-to-day sales activities. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to serve a Mandarin-speaking client base.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ relevant customer-service experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Working knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms and customs processes.
• Strong communication, coordination and multitasking ability in a time-sensitive environment.
• Careful, responsible and cooperative working style.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and provide timely, accurate shipment updates.
• Coordinate bookings, shipping documentation and operational follow-up with internal teams, overseas partners and service providers.
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve service issues promptly and maintain accurate records.
• Support day-to-day sales activities, including preparing sales materials and following up on customer enquiries.
• Work closely with the Billing Team to confirm payment receipt and follow up professionally on outstanding invoices.
• Assist colleagues when needed to ensure customers receive consistent service.
