Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to assist the customer service team and manage inquiries from air and sea freight clients. You will liaise with carriers and customers, and handle sea freight bookings and billing end-to-end.

The ideal candidate has relevant working experience and proficient Microsoft Office skills. The role is based at Changi, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the customer service department.
• Handle customer ratings for air and sea freight.
