Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a customer service assistant at our Changi Airfreight Centre location. You will support daily customer service operations and coordinate air and sea freight activities, including bookings and billing documentation. The role requires strong office skills and reliability.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with a salary range of SGD 2,600 to SGD 3,200 per month. Training and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• With relevant working experience
• Proficient Microsoft Office etc

Responsibilities

• To assist in the customer service department
• To handle all customers rating for both air and sea freight
• To liaise with air and sea carriers & customers
• To handle all sea freight documentation such as bookings & billing
