Job summary

SDMA HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to promote fragrance products, aroma diffusers and scenting solutions across B2C and B2B channels in Singapore.

You will conduct outdoor activities, door-to-door prospecting and promotional events to generate leads and close sales. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, advising on fragrance options, budgets and solutions, and coordinating corporate bookings for workshops and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, business development, events or customer service is an advantage.
• Comfortable with outdoor sales, door-to-door prospecting and approaching new customers.
• Confident in communicating with both individual and corporate customers.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven, proactive and comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
• Able to respond to online enquiries and follow up with customers independently.
• Willing to participate in roadshows, exhibitions and outdoor promotional activities when required.
• Able to work independently while also supporting the wider sales and operations team.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic knowledge of social media, WhatsApp and digital communication platforms is preferred.
• Interest in fragrance, lifestyle products, events or scenting solutions will be an advantage.
• Training on products, fragrance knowledge and sales procedures will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s fragrance products, aroma diffusers, scenting solutions, perfume workshops and related services.
• Conduct outdoor sales activities, including door-to-door prospecting, business visits, roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events.
• Identify and approach potential customers from both B2C and B2B markets.
• Develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Respond promptly and professionally to online enquiries received through WhatsApp, social media, website and other communication channels.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales, appointments, workshops or corporate projects.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, fragrance options, pricing and suitable solutions to customers.
• Recommend suitable fragrance and scenting solutions based on customers’ needs, environment and budget.
• Support corporate sales enquiries for offices, retail outlets, hospitality venues, events and other commercial spaces.
• Promote and secure bookings for perfume workshops, corporate events and group activities.
• Assist with outdoor events, roadshows, pop-up booths and promotional campaigns, including setup, customer engagement and sales.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, payments and order confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer enquiries, appointments, follow-ups and sales performance.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams on campaigns, promotions and customer requirements.
• Conduct market visits to identify potential business opportunities and build a strong prospect database.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets and other assigned KPIs.
• Gather customer and market feedback to support improvements in products, services and sales strategies.
• Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned.
