Qualifications

• : Attends coordination and project services meetings to capture decisions and actions.
• : Capture accurate and structured meeting minutes including risks, issues and constraints.
• : Document action items with owners and deadlines and track closure.
• : Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations and formal documents using PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• : Ensure reports are concise, accurate and delivered within deadlines.
• : Coordinate inputs across FPSO interfaces and track deliverables.

Responsibilities

• : Attend coordination, interface and project services meetings.
• : Capture accurate and structured meeting minutes including key discussions, decisions, risks, issues and constraints.
• : Document action items with clear owners and deadlines
• : Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely closure.
• : Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations and formal documents using PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• : Maintain tracking logs and summaries with accuracy and consistency
• : Ensure reports are concise, error-free and delivered within reporting deadlines and cycles
• : Support progress tracking and consolidation across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning
• : Coordinate collection of multi-discipline project inputs
• : Maintain action, risk, issue and deliverable trackers
• : Ensure traceability and consistency of information across project reports
• : Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and information flow
• : Propose process improvements to enhance productivity and coordination
