Job summary

Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager – Assist/Support to help manage engineering work, control man-hours, schedules and ensure compliance with quality, safety and company standards.

The role requires strong communication and teamwork as well as attention to detail in a complex topsides project environment located in Singapore. The successful candidate will assist the Engineering Project Manager, prepare documentation, coordinate with subcontractors and clients,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Understand contract and scope of work for topsides with subcontractors and prepare key project documentation as per project specifications.
Manage project related drawings and control technical documentation across disciplines.
Prepare schedule, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and technical activities, ensuring all activities stay within the project budget.
Lead and coordinate between Hull’s Team, discipline lead designers, external design houses and client to define boundaries for modules.
Monitor 3-D model clash issues across disciplines and report on progress weekly.
