Qualifications

• Entry-level to early-career experience in projects, construction, or document control.
• Exposure to FPSO or offshore projects is an advantage.
• Ability to track actions ensuring timely closure.
• Strong coordination across FPSO project interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Attend coordination meetings and capture accurate meeting minutes.
• Prepare and maintain project reports using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Support progress tracking across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with FPSO project document control procedures.
