Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Attends coordination, interface and project services meetings.
  • Capture accurate and structured meeting minutes, including key discussions, decisions, risks, issues and constraints.
  • Document action items with clear owners and deadlines
  • Tracks and actively follows up on action items to ensure timely closure.
  • Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations and formal documents using PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Maintains tracking logs and summaries with accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure all reports are concise, error-free, and delivered within reporting deadlines and cycles.
  • Supports progress tracking and consolidation across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
  • Coordinates collection of multi-discipline project inputs.
  • Maintains action, risk, issue and deliverable trackers.
  • Ensures traceability and conssitency of information across project reports.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, meeting effectiveness and information flow
  • Proposes process improvements to enhance productivity and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or relevant apprenticeship training in a marine trade
  • Experience in FPSO, offshore, oil & gas, or large EPC projects
  • Prior exposure to project services, project controls, or management reporting
  • Accurate and timely meeting minutes and action tracking
  • Strong coordination across FPSO project interfaces
  • Continuous contribution to improving project services efficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced FPSO construction environment
