Job summary

KWA Analytics Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to help shape and build out the people function as the business grows in Singapore.

You will support recruitment, HR operations, and marketing/event activities to ensure smooth people processes and engaging employee experiences. The role involves coordinating interviews, onboarding, visa sponsorships, policy updates, leave management, and event logistics for regional offices.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment processes end-to-end.
• Strong HR operations and policy implementation skills.
• Experience onboarding and offboarding employees and managing benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes: interviews, feedback, offers, CV formatting, visa sponsorship tracking.
• Support HR operations: onboarding, leaves, benefits renewals, training material, and policy harmonisation.
• Assist with logistics for marketing events and client events, handling merchandise and event materials.
