Qualifications

• Minimum 14+ years in B2B enterprise marketing in APAC.
• Experience leading regional field marketing and demand programs.
• Proven ability to build and scale programs from scratch.
• Strong collaboration with sales, partnerships, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the APAC field marketing function with scalable processes.
• Drive field marketing initiatives across enterprise and startups.
• Create and run programs including executive roundtables, events, partner programs.
• Partner with APAC sales leadership to align programs to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Establish measurement frameworks including lead scoring and ROI reporting.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing to align APAC programs with company strategy.
• Manage regional resources, partners, vendors, and events.
• Define the regional team plan and hire as expansion lands.
• Drive post-program analysis and data-driven optimization.
• Leverage 14+ years of APAC B2B marketing experience and software domain knowledge.
