Vulcan BioEnergy in Singapore seeks a Founder Office & Business Operations Executive to work directly with the Founder & CEO. This is not a traditional PA role, you’ll translate priorities into action, coordinate stakeholders, support operations and drive strategic matters to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Diploma holders with strong relevant experience will also be considered.
• Strong written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage for regional stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Founder Office & Business Execution: translate priorities into structured action plans and drive follow-through.
• 2. Business Administration & Coordination: payroll, payments, banking/KYC, basic cash tracking, and document control.
• 3. External Engagement: coordinate meetings with partners, industry bodies, and government-related organisations.
• 4. AI & Productivity: use AI tools for research, drafting, information synthesis and workflow improvements.
